1.Introductory provisions
We consider all orders received via the website www.krbyshop.sk to be binding. The buyer pays the price stated in the e-mail he receives after confirming the order. The price stated on the website www.krbyshop.sk on the day the goods are ordered applies to orders. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time if unforeseen circumstances arise. In this case, the buyer will be informed immediately. We reserve the right to printing errors and price changes, in the event of currency exchange rates or significant changes in delivery conditions from manufacturers and other suppliers of goods.
2.Money back guarantee
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. The consumer can exercise his right to withdraw from the contract with the seller in written form, or by e-mail at info@krbyshop.sk. If you decide to do so, send us a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract together with the goods, stating the order number, date of purchase and account number. Send the goods together with the proof of purchase back to our address in Turzovka no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract by post to
our address in Turzovka. When returning, please send (hand over) the goods undamaged, including complete documentation, accessories, etc., clean in the condition in which they were delivered to you upon receipt. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that has arisen as a result of handling the goods that goes beyond the handling necessary to determine the properties and functionality of the goods. (Appliances such as solid fuel heaters are tested in a state testing laboratory with declared properties, therefore testing the properties by heating is not necessary as it will reduce their value!)
The seller undertakes to refund the buyer the price paid for the relevant goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the contract to the seller.
3. Order processing
www.krbyshop.sk delivers goods to the buyer based on an electronic order. The condition for the validity of each order is the truthful filling in of the mandatory data when sending the order. The seller is entitled to verify the order with the buyer by e-mail or by phone. The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is formed by sending the order by the buyer and its acceptance by the seller.
4. Terms and conditions of payment for goods
By one-time transfer from the account to the bank account specified on the invoice / also serves as a delivery note /, which will be sent to you by e-mail and post.
By paying cash on delivery when receiving the goods at the post office.
Cash – you can pay in this way when you personally receive the goods. Before this method of collection, it is necessary to first agree via e-mail or phone.
If the price for the delivered products is not paid in full, the seller has the right to interrupt further deliveries of goods until the price is paid.
5. Prices
The price of the goods does not include postage or shipping of the goods.
All prices for goods and services and all fees in the online store are listed including 20% VAT. All promotions are valid while stocks last, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
!The price of postage depends on the weight and price of the shipment. We insure all shipments. We do not charge packaging.
The goods can be sent by courier or by our company. For example, fireplace inserts, fireplace stoves, etc., the company Flama ecol, s.r.o. delivers such goods personally after agreement with the customer. For larger orders or long-term cooperation, it is possible to arrange free delivery.
The goods can be collected personally (after agreement: tel. +421 915 828 627) Delivery abroad (e.g. to the Czech Republic) and is charged according to the valid price list of the forwarding company or post office.
6. Complaints
The buyer is obliged to check the goods at the post office or courier before accepting and paying for the shipment. If mechanical damage to the goods is detected – torn packaging, deformation of the packaging – the buyer is obliged to make a record of the damage in the presence of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for damage during transport, as all goods are insured. Based on the record made, the customer will be provided with an appropriate discount or a new product will be delivered. In the event of a complaint about mechanical damage that could not be detected immediately upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is obliged to make this complaint immediately after receipt of the shipment, by e-mail to info@krbyshop.sk, or in writing by post or in person at the seller’s premises, stating the buyer’s name and address, telephone contact, order number (if any), and description of the damaged goods.
Later complaints about mechanical damage cannot be accepted. The costs of transporting the claimed goods from the buyer to the seller are paid by the buyer. We do not refund postage and other fees. Return shipping after a justified complaint is paid by the seller. In the event that the defect in the goods cannot be removed, the seller will replace the defective product with a new one or, upon agreement, a product of another type, with an additional payment or refund of the price difference.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by natural or excessive mechanical wear, contamination of the goods or their parts due to neglect of maintenance, use of the goods in conditions that do not correspond in terms of temperature, dustiness, humidity, chemical and mechanical influences to the environment in which the goods are normally used. The warranty also does not apply to damage caused by natural disasters, violent damage, weather conditions, or operation in extreme and unusual conditions. In the event of an unjustified complaint, the goods will be returned to the buyer with a relevant opinion. The seller shall settle the claim without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from the date of the claim being made by the buyer.
By settling a justified claim, the warranty period is extended by the duration of the claim. If the claim was settled within the statutory warranty period by exchanging the goods for a new one, then the warranty period will start again from the date of settlement of the claim. The seller shall notify the buyer of the settlement of the claim either by telephone, SMS or e-mail and shall send the goods to the buyer at his own expense.

- at the price of the goods at the time of order

The seller does not guarantee to the buyer:
- for delayed delivery of goods caused by Slovak Post or courier
- for damage to the shipment caused by the Slovak Post or courier (in such a case it is necessary to make a complaint directly at the post office or with the courier)
By checking the box before submitting the order, the buyer declares that he has read these general terms and conditions, fully understood their content and expresses his agreement to them.
